- Setup is quick and easy
Just a few clicks and you have created your own event page using our tools. No experience with setting up websites is needed.
- All information at a glance
All your details are clearly listed on the event site. You can see at a glance who is attending as well as read comments from those invited. Your guests have all the necessary information about the event, such as the location and how to get there.
- Modular setup
Choose from our free features: "guest list", "photos", "message board" and "carpools". amiando is constantly adding new features.
- Your own web address
Your event page is available online at 'www.amiando.com/YourEvent', with "YourEvent" being the name of your choice. Visitors can reach it directly or through your own website.
- Privacy protection
You can choose between three different methods of publication and control the access to the event site in detail. We keep your personal information and that of your participants strictly confidential - no one can see it but you.
- Many ways to export data
You can export the participant list of your event as a file (.csv) and edit it in other programs, e.g. in Microsoft Excel. Events and appointments can be downloaded in calendar format for Microsoft Outlook (ical).
- Wide range of designs
You can choose from more than 40 templates created by designers. The themes include birthday, carnival, summer, christmas and many more.
- Directions and maps
Directions and Google Maps can be made available to attendees.
- Create your own design for your site
Blank templates serve as a basis for custom designs, which can be created easily and quickly. Logos, photos or flyers can be integrated in the template with just a few clicks.
- Export to your own websites / blogs
You can add buttons and widgets to your own website(s) or your blog to promote your event.
- Export to Microsoft Outlook
Appointments can be downloaded in ical format and easily opened in Outlook.
- Optional registration with search engines
You have the option of automatically registering your event with search engines like Google so that it can easily be found online. You can pick out the search engine keywords yourself.
- Copy events
With one click you can copy the entire event site in case you want to use it again, e.g. when inviting people to recurring events.
- Preview function
While creating the event you can always look at a preview of the event site.
- Saving drafts
Your site can always be saved as a draft and completed later.

- The participant list
The participant list shows you clearly has who accepted or declined your invitation. You can sort participants by status or name and you can contact them directly via the platform.
- Acceptances/refusals
Participants have the option to answer with 'Yes/No/Maybe' where you can decide which of these options are available to choose from.
- Registration function
Change your event site to a registration site by deactivating the answer possibilities 'No' and 'Maybe'.
- Personal comments
Your participants and guests can leave personal comments on your site to say thank you or to give suggestions.
- Visibility for all or just for you
You can define whether the participant list will be visible for everybody or just for you.
- Voting for dates
If you are still looking for a suitable date you can suggest several alternatives by using the vote function. If you add a further suggestion, all participants will be informed automatically.
- Export/import of data
With one click you can export the whole participant list as .csv file in order to edit it again in another program, e.g. in Microsoft Excel.

- Personalised invitations
You can send e-mails to participants with exactly the content you desire. You can of course also address the participants personally so that each one of them receives an email with his/her own name.
- Send reminder e-mails
Send personalised messages only to those participants that have accepted/declined or define particular participants to whom the message should be sent.
- Overview of replies
The participant list shows you clearly all answers of the participants, sortable by status, date and name.
- Importing existing e-mail addresses
If you have a list of e-mail addresses already available, you can import it easily into amiando.
- Spreading the word about your event: guests can invite guests
You can always invite more participants or change their status. It is even possible to allow your participants to send further invitations!
- Improving anti-spam
amiando has made an agreement with several large e-mail providers to assure that amiando e-mails will not be sent to your spam folder. Furthermore, we enable the delivery of a large number of e-mails: sending several thousand e-mails with amiando is not be a problem.
- Strict regulations for data protection
Our guidelines for data protection rule out any misuse. amiando will never pass on confidential data of organisers or participants.

- Photo-exchange
You can upload photos and you can allow your participants to do so too. If you wish, all participants will be informed about new photos uploaded. You can add the photo exchange to your event site.
- Message function
You can send messages to particular participant groups (e.g. accepted, refused) or you can contact participants directly via the platform. Registered participants can write messages directly among each other.
- Shared forum (message board)
Here the participants can start new topics, write messages and exchange news with each other. If you wish, all participants will be informed about new messages. You can add the forum to your event site.
- Carpools
The carpool function makes it possible for participants to plan the journey to your event. Offers or requests for lifts can be placed on the website and will be indicated on a map. Carpools can be added on your event site.

With just a few clicks you can establish your own online presale. Simply choose your ticket categories and you can immediately start selling tickets. amiando takes care of payment, invoicing and ticket delivery.
- Ticket delivery
You can offer paper or electronic tickets (e-tickets) for your event. The tickets will be sent either directly via regular mail or via e-mail (e-tickets) to the recipient .
- All current means of payment
You can offer payment by credit card, direct debit or invoice. amiando takes care of payment and invoicing - you receive your money securely and conveniently each week.
- Automatic payment

You can always change and add the ticket categories in order to meet various demands, like discounts for groups, students or an early bird discount.
- Early bird discounts
You can easily offer early bird discounts by entering a date up until which the specific ticket category is be accessible.
- Group discounts
You can easily set up group discounts: just accept particular ticket categories starting from a certain number of participants.
- Minimum/maximum quantity of orders
For each ticket category you can define the minimum and the maximum number of tickets that can be ordered at the same time.
- Real-time statistics
In 'My amiando' you can always keep up-to-date with how many tickets have already been sold in each category.
